Two further CONTIPARK objects ESPA Gold certified

The underground car park “Schildergasse” in Cologne and the underground car park ” RheinMain CongressCentrum” in Wiesbaden were both honoured with the European Parking Standard Award (ESPA) in gold. ESPA certifications are awarded to parking facilities that meet a number of quality requirements in order to offer customers a safe and convenient parking service. The ESPA Gold Award is given to parking facilities that significantly exceed these criteria and offer their users exceptional service quality. This has now been officially certified for the underground car parks “Schildergasse” and “RMCC”.

Both parking facilities were opened last year and are characterized by special parking comfort as well as high safety quality and service orientation. Wide parking spaces equipped with single space detection enable user-friendly parking. Dynamic signage and well-thought-out routing for drivers and pedestrians facilitate orientation and ensure optimal traffic flow. In addition, both parking facilities are connected to CONTIPARK’s Customer Service Center. This means that customers have competent contact persons available around the clock to answer questions and solve problems.

The ESPA and ESPA Gold quality seals are awarded by the European Parking Association (EPA).
