Contipark aquires a new car park in Wuppertal

With a population of 345,000 Wuppertal is not only one of the 20 largest cities in Germany, but is an absolute attraction due to the Schwebebahn. The rush to the limited parking of downtown is correspondingly high.

CONTIPARK helps: with the newly acquired car park “Hofaue City” in Wuppertal CONTIPARK provides convenient and affordable parking to all short – and long-term parkers. The car park is opened from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 am to 22:00 pm and offers 346 parking spaces. The equipment of the parking decks includes pleasant lighting and a reliable parking guidance system for better orientation and it is of course barrier-free. In total CONTIPARK operates three parking garages in Wuppertal and thus offers attractive parking facilities in various parts of the city.

The purchase of the new car park has also a strategic importance. For many years Contipark aims to expand its property portfolio continuously. Together with the new addition, Contipark manages 100 parking facilities in North Rhine-Westphalia, including 24 owned by Contipark or with long-term ground lease contracts.
